Emotional abuse eats you up like cancer, the more you suffer from it, the more miserable you become. Likewise, the more you protect yourself from it, the better for you. Protecting yourself from emotional abuse is the best way to keep your sanity.

Anything or any word that hurt your feeling and degrade you is a form of emotional abuse. Every relationship that keeps you in bondage of fear (because you don’t know what would become of you, so you always fear your fears will catch up with you) is an act of emotional torture.

Stay safe from emotional abuse by doing the following:
